Our powerful reports feature lets you export your transactions in two formats:
A PDF Snapshot report of the tokens held your portfolio, your NFTs, and on what protocols and network they’re found;
A CSV report of your transaction history in any custom date range, so you can easily import it in tax reporting software.
You can include multiple addresses or bundles, and even filter by networks, protocols, assets, transaction types, or dates. This level of customization allows you to get exactly the information you need, making it perfect for sharing with your accountant or for reporting purposes.
Note: more thorough instructions on the reports feature, watch this tutorial.
Click the 'Snapshot Report' card;
Select the address(es) or bundle you want to show in your report, then click 'Generate'.
Your report is separated into four parts, the first being the summary.
“The top row of the summary gives you the nickname you set for the address, and the date and time at which the report was generated. The second row shows the net worth of this address, followed by a breakdown of the wallet holdings. Then, the total value of all your NFTs, and the value of all the assets deposited into protocols.”
“The bottom row shows two pie charts: the first represents the proportion of your total funds by category: protocols, wallet, and NFTs.”
The following parts are your wallet positions, your NFT positions, and your positions by protocols.

Octav is all about privacy and security: generated reports show addresses independently to guarantee anonymity. While this approach is great for privacy, it can have an impact on profit and loss calculations, which are done per address and may not be optimal. Thoroughly check your PnL calculations if you’re planning on using reports for sensitive matters like tax reporting.
Note: more thorough instructions on how to schedule recurring reports, watch this video.
