Begin by connecting to Octav by clicking the connect button in the middle or at the top right corner of the window, then select your browser wallet of choice. The signature only authenticates wallet ownership and grants no other permissions to Octav.
This side menu is the main Octav navigation, bringing you to the app’s various pages.
The 'Upgrade' button brings you to the Octav Premium and Pro signup page: unlock advanced features such as CSV and PDF reports, third party integrations and premium support on our Discord. If you are an advanced DeFi user, a business,or an accounting professional, Octav Pro and Premium are essential for a complete experience.

This tab shows two addresses: the one at the right of the eye icon shows the address you’re viewing with the Observer, whether it’s your own or someone else’s. (Note that you cannot edit the transactions of addresses you are not logged into).
Click on the observed address to quickly switch between your saved wallets and bundles.
The other address shown is the one you’re logged into, with the full range of features.
The 'network' icon lets you switch between our supported chains so you can view the NFTs you own and the funds you have in the network and its protocols.
The 'settings' menu lets you adjust various settings in the application, including, but not limited to: the language, the default currency shown and the NFT toggle. Another relevant option is to show value only above a certain amount, for clarity purposes.
The refresh button updates all of your transactions to fetch their current values, and the hard reset erases all edits you’ve made on Octav. Only click this button if you’re sure of what you’re doing.
