This version of the account page is a little more advanced than the one for Lite accounts due to Octav Pro and Octav Premium’s extra features.
The header of the page shows the name of your account, the email that was used to log in, and the last connection before this one.
Unlike the Lite version Account page, this one is split in three tabs:
Account Management;
Payments and Invoices;
Leads and authorizations.
Here’s a quick explanation of each!
Account information shows details pertaining to the identity of the account: the state of the account and the amount of paid addresses, the name of the account, and the email addresses associated with it.
Authorization information displays your Public Key and your Private Code: these two items must be given to authorized parties for third party delegation to your address, and are essential to use Octav while working with an accountant or an organization.
The payments and invoices tab is related to the state of your current Octav subscription.
This is where you can see the type of payment method used for your Octav subscription and change it, if necessary.
The leads and authorizations tab is an important tab for accountants and finance professionals: this is where you manage and contact users who have given you access to your data on Octav. It displays their name, their email address, their Telegram (when given), the date they've contacted you, and the note they left.
These users are split in three categories: Leads, Pending Authorizations, and Accepted Authorizations. You can click the buttons next to the search bar to filter between them for easier organization.
